Rachel Provin
owner/stylist
Rachel has been a stylist for 17 years and is co-owner of Scissor Tail Studio. She specializes in micro link extensions, mens cuts, Keratin/Brazilian blowouts, and offers a variety of color services. She is in studio Monday-Friday and currently accepting new clients for daytime appointments.
When she’s not working, shes probably watching Dateline or at the lake with her family!
Carrie Webb
owner/stylist
Carrie has been a stylist for 15 years and is co-owner of Scissor Tail Studio. She specializes in thick hair, curly hair, precision cutting, Brazilian/Keratin blowouts, and corrective color. She tailors her craft to each individual clients hair needs with an emphasis on giving them full, healthy, natural hair styles.
Carrie loves the creativity of hair and the ever-changing and evolving techniques available for her to learn and master.
She is not currently accepting new clients.
She is our resident plant caretaker, loves traveling, and landscape photography!
Dawn Westmoreland
stylist
Dawn has been a stylist for 11 years. She specializes in blondes and dimensional brunettes. The other stylists joke that she knows how to make small hair “big”.. If you have fine and/or thin hair - she’s your girl!
She is currently accepting new clients for daytime weekday appointments.
Dawn has also been a makeup artist for 14 years and has was worked on thousands of faces of every age! She offers her services in studio for proms and events, and in studio or on location for weddings.
She loves to travel and snuggle her two pups!
Whitney Pollard
stylist
Whitney has been a stylist for 13 years. She specializes in vivid colors, mens cuts, and loves to try new things! She is passionate about achieving the best hair for each individuals personality that also complements their facial structure.
Whitney runs a tiny girl gang ( 4 daughters ! ) and loves to spend as much time traveling and outdoors as she can.
She is currently not taking new clients.
Jessica Thurman

Jessica is the newest member of the Scissor Tail team!
Jessica has been a stylist since 2018, specializing in blonde transformations and extensions. Her goal is to have every client leave with a boost of confidence and a radiant glow. She’s currently accepting new clients Monday through Saturday, with flexible scheduling that’s perfect for busy moms looking to fit in self-care. Booking can be done by text, call, or online for your convenience. Jessica is also a devoted wife, mom to a beautiful baby girl, and proud bonus mom to two rambunctious sons.
Averi Pressler
stylist
Averi’s favorite services are blonding, dimensional color, and fashion colors. She is a mom of 3 and when she’s not working, she is busy spending time with her family.
